This Is The Real Ultimate Disability GuideIt has been brought to my intention that there are websites that are trying to use the popularity of my website to thier advantage
by using similar names to mine. One in particular is almost identical to mine. Make sure to book mark my site
so that you won't be fooled by other websites using similar names. It is obvious when you see the sites and
the content that they are not mine but I just want to let you know so you don't think I have changed the look
of my website. I have no connection to these rip off sites.

The Future of Ultimate Disability GuideI have not had much time to spend on my website as of late because I have been at hearings in many states. But in the
near future I will be making significant and positive changes to the website. My hope is to make it even more user
friendly, add more pages packed with new information, new post on the upcoming NOSSCR conference, and to continue to update
my content. I am doing this because I know from your e-mails and phone calls that the website has been very helpful
to many of you with your Social Security disability claims and that you look to this website to find information you can't
find anywhere else on the web. I am committed to being the best source for disability information and think the changes
I will be making will further that goal. So make sure to save my address and come back soon. In the mean time
good luck to all those with claims still pending for benefits and keep learning about your case.

Fibromyalgia and Social Security DisabilityIt is unfortunate to report that some ALJs and medical experts still have a bias against fibromyalgia cases. I had
another reminder the other day. I won't discuss the specifics but I had a hearing on this matter and it was clear
to me that I knew more about the medical condition than both the ALJ and the medical expert. It amazes me that some
medical experts who act as expert witnesses in a Social Security Disability case do not understand or believe in the disease.
I should say that this is not the majority of the medical experts but the fact that there are some I find to be unacceptable.
If you suffer from fibromyalgia and experience this bias the best thing you can do is get all the medical evidence in and
an opinion from a rheumatologist who has performed the appropriate exams on you. It also helps to have a lawyer who
is familiar with these types of cases because they should know how to deal with the situation. Don't get angry just
be persistent and keep fighting if you know you can't work and have this condition. If you know what you might be
up against you can be prepared and make sure you have done everything to help you win your SSDI case.
